A beautiful, very woolly little bull calf. Frankie, his Mom, won a ribbon at the Denver Yak Show in 2015 for wool coat quality. Freedom was born on Memorial Day. He represents the spirit of this day. Freedom is an exemplary bull. He is gentle, loves a head scratch and a treat. He searches out human connection. He is attentive as a herd bull and gentle with his girls. We will have his calves on the ground for the first time in 2022. His coat has a golden sheen.

Chanchari is everything one could ask for in a Yak Mom. She is spirited but totally accepting of the love that we give her. She comes enthusiastically to receive her rub downs and treats. She started as the bottom cow in the pecking order in the original small herd but has worked her way up to the lead cow in a herd of fifteen cows and heifers. Champ is a son of a great Bull, "Freedom" and an extra special Dam, "Chanchari".

His Mom is herd boss cow, with a love for human interaction. He has acquired all of her special qualities.

Champ is very woolly with a tinge of golden color in his coat.

He will be a great companion animal and a great breed bull when he matures.
